Mils is an experienced outside back with lots of power, speed and leg drive. Mils is a strong ball runner and often finds his way to the try line. Mils shows great determination in training and is a committed player. Mils' versatilty means he can play in a number of back line positions. Mils has impressed many with his ability to bust tackles and make good metres from dummy half. Mils has had a solid 2010 and 2011 season for the Northcote Tigers and has become an integral player for the Tongan NZ representative team. Mils is a good contributor in training and is well liked amongst team members. Mils communicates well out in the full back position and shows good vision and passing game as a third option half.
