Foa is a huge talented athlete who can play as a second rower or prop forward. Unwanted by the NZ Warriors in 2009 Foa is on the look out for a new opportunity where he can continue to improve himself. Foa is a strong runner and a has plenty of ball playing & offloading skills in attack. With three years training with the Vodafone Warriors (1 year being in the top 25 full time squad) Foa has enormous experience with various championship winning team experience in Auckland and Nationally with the Bartercard cup. Foa is an exceptionally player and a gifted player who is always interested in learning more about rugby league.
Foa is a hard worker on defence and a punishing hitter. Standing at 6 foot 5 inches Foa has relished opportunities presented to him and has worked hard at maintaining a professional standard. His playing history is extensive but so too is his commitment to improving his opportunities in rugby league and rugby. Foa has great footwork despite being a juggernaut on the field and has exceptional pace for a forward. Foa has a great attitude to life and is a genuine good guy.
At the tender age of 22, Foa is now looking for a new direction with rugby league in Australia and is awaiting his next opportunity to show off what he has learnt. Foa is a good trainer and has worked extremely hard in the gym continually growing muscle mass on his tall frame. Foa is a good listener and looks to continue to impress on and off the playing field. Foa has recently completed an Australian security licence course where he looks to look in to a career involving the Police force or security licensing in the near future.
