ABOUT TARIN
Tarin is a tall athletic centre/ full back. Tarin has exceptional pace, agility and ball skills acquired from his experiences being involved in various NZ touch representative teams. Tarin is a happy go lucky guy who has plenty of attacking prowess. Tarin has represented Auckland in many NZ National touch Tournaments and has the ability to step off both feet and force defence lines to be caught flat footed. Tarin has the speed and pace with a very powerful shoulder which he is not hesitant to use. Tarin is a confident outside back and with his evasiveness Tarin has dazzled defenders with his swift footwork, well read-defence whole runs and hard hits which have enabled Tarin to play at a high level of rugby league.
In 2007, Tarin starred for a red hot Papakura Premier grade where he earned himself Bartercard cup representation in the Counties Manukau Jets and later the Cook Islands rugby league team. Tarin has shown plenty of promise in becoming a professional athlete and has grown in height and stature in 2009. Tarin is a committed trainer willing to learn giving him loads of potential and promise. Early 2009 saw Tarin relocate to Perth to train with the Western Australia Reds (Bundaberg cup) and then played the season with the Griffith Black and White. In 2010, Tarin is looking to develop his all round game in a good coaching management system.
