Raymond is a live wire athlete with excellent speed, footwork, ball skills and vision. Ray has dazzling footwork and has ‘quick-off-the-mark’ speed to complement his devastating attack abilities. Ray has valuable training and playing experience having played for the NZ championship winning Auckland Premier grade, NZ bartercard cup and having played for the Auckland Vulcan's / Lions NSW Cup team since its introduction in 2007. Ray is an enthusiastic player who has plenty of X-Factor with the ball in hand and is an integral player in any team he plays in.
Ray is a solid and reliable full back player with plenty of pace and playing ability to create havoc on attack. Ray is a noted strong defender of the outside fringes and is a reliable defender. His return of the ball in to play is as devastating as his foot work. He dazzles defenders with his swift speed and is a speed demon with one on one situations.
Ray will definitely push for higher honours and will no doubt exceed your expectations. Ray has had his challenges with the NSW Cup Auckland based team and is looking for a new overseas challenge with a team that will build on his character and professionalism.
