Raymond is an exciting young half back who has come off a very good 2009 playing season. Raymond is a great organiser of his team, a mature playing all round ball distributor and an outstanding individual. A very talented junior player of PSP Management Raymond has loads of potential and has shown great promise as the form half back in both the Auckland and New Zealand under 16s rugby league competitions.
Raymond is a noted goal kicker and has great tactical kicking prowress with a dominant short and long kicking game. His ability to create holes and defend like a seasoned second rower make Raymond a well liked half back from his club coach and representative coaches. Raymond has the ability to step off both his left foot and right foot and often leads his team through his constant communication with other team members, consistent approach to training and game related drills and his ability to stick to a well planned game plan.
Raymond is well liked and has shown through sheer hard work, both natural and nurtured talent he is a player of the future. Raymond is realistic in his approach to training and has the full support of his friends and family in the search "to beat the best and to be on top". In 2009, he did that as he lead his 2009 National Provincial Premiership under 16s Grand final side with a pressure drop kick to take the win 11 to 10 over Taranaki. With guile and grace Raymond has shown his determination, potential and by all means is a very promising athlete PSP Management are happy to be working with.
