BROMWICH THUNDERBOLTS CAPTAIN
Melbourne Storm under 20s Toyota cup 2010 Best Forward of the year Kenny Bromwich has had a wickkid rise to professional rugby league making his unofficial debut for the NRL first grade trial team. Kenny featured in the trial grade team that took on the East Tigers Queensland cup side. A great experience for the former Manurewa Marlins junior who had been invited to train with the first grade side in the off season. A true testament to the hard work instilled from his parents Mike and Alex, NRL playing brother and his own work ethics Kenny can be proud of his efforts to date. A noticeable achievement in 2011 is the announcement of Kenny being the Melbourne Storm Thunderbolts captain. By no means a marvellous achievement for the 19 year old utility forward. Like Kenny we have high hopes for Kenny in the 2011 season and know that he will continue to develop over the season. No doubt with his never say never attitude we only hope that this encourages the Melbourne Storm coaching management to take this gun forwards actions seriously.
